The Policy Center for Roma and Minorities team invites you to join our efforts to offer a better life to the children from the Ferentari area. We invite the friends and supporters of the organization to a Spring Dinner—a fundraising event to support the Alternative Education Club. The dinner and a music and dance show prepared for our guests will take place on Monday, February 27 at 7PM at Godot Café-Theatre in the historic center of Bucharest (14 Blănari St.).
The Alternative Education Club provides an opportunity for the children from School 136 to develop their creativity and talents through music, dance, theater, photography, painting and sports, and to improve their educational performance. The Alternative Education Club is funded by the Roma Education Fund.
We have many surprises in store for you, as well as a silent auction featuring artisanal items made by the children. Our supporters for the event are PATRIR, Trouble Crew, Marcel Moldovan, Marius Popa & Trio Atmosphere, Godot Café-Theatre and Boutique Restaurant Chocolat.
The minimum donation is 50 RON (buffet included) and the recommended attire is cocktail.
To RSVP, please contact Raluca Negulescu via e-mail at raluca.negulescu@policycenter.eu no later than February 24.
