Objectives:	Developing life skills, competences and talents through remedial and non-formal education activities meant to contribute to the social reintegration of 300 minors and youth who are currently in the penitentiaries and correctional centers in Romania. Creating a volunteering program for 100 youth from 6 local communities (Craiova, Targu Mures, Bacau, Tichilesti, Targu Ocna, Buzias) and actively involving them in the aforementioned program, in order to prevent the increase of youth delinquency outside the penitentiaries. Actively involving the community in the social reintegration and youth delinquency prevention through awareness-raising public actions (debates, press conferences etc)
